Sealed LED Tail Lights Every Trailer comes with 2 sealed, submersible Stop/Tail/Turn tail lights containing LEDs that provide up to 1,000,000 hours of light. Side marker lights are also standard on TNT Trailers. Bow Stand and Winch Mount TNT's bow stands and winch mounts are Hot Dip Galvanized inside and out for lasting corrosion protection. This heavy gauge steel base has a gel coat friendly bow roller and is designed for a strong and stable hold on any boat. All Stainless Steel Hardware Standard Every fastener and u-bolt on our Trailer are 18-8 stainless steel alloy which provides the best corrosion resistance. Stainless has become the material of choice for all marine applications and is a "must" on boat trailers. Diamond Tread Aluminum Fenders TIM NOBLES Trailers are equipped with fenders constructed of rust-free 14 gauge aluminum with tread plate design and features a PVC coating on one side. The safe non-slip surface is both durable and functional while looking very stylish. Galvanized Torsion Axle Torsion axles last 3 times longer than regular springs with hardly any maintenance. They provide better tracking and control, act as independent suspension and offer a better ride quality for the load. When used with brakes they are more forgiving than springs. Saddle Cross Members TNT uses heavy duty aluminum box tube cross members and axles that are padded and saddled (dip in middle) to allow for drive-on or float-on loading with no bumps or scrapes. The box tube shape provides ultimate strength. Tongue Jack TNT Trailers 6,000 lbs *G.V.W.R. and below come with 1,200 lb fixed mount jacks and trailers 7,000 *G.V.W.R. and above come with 2,500 lb drop-leg jacks. *Gross Vehicle Weight Rating Two Speed Winch with Strap TNT Trailers have winches rated to handle your boat's full capacity and have two speeds with two-way ratchet w/neutral. The convenient shift lock design for easy gear shifting have a zinc plated finish for superior corrosion resistance in saltwater. Glide-On Centering Bunks All of our trailers are equipped with centering bunks providing easy alignment of your boat when loading. This allows for retrieval of your boat at the ramps a snap, whether you float or drive your boat onto the trailer. Full Size Spare Tire With the exception of single axle models, Tim Nobles Trailers come standard with a full size, mounted spare tire. Heavy Duty Bunk Boards TNT uses heavy duty, carpeted bunk boards that are custom formed to match the V angle and length of your boat's factory hull specifications. PVC Guide Poles TNT Trailers come standard with PVC Guide Poles. This feature can be easily removed or left in place for easier trailer alignment and loading of your boat, eliminating uneasy moments at the boat ramp. Optional Additional Axle Features of TIM NOBLES Boat Trailers Our trailers can come with the option of double or triple axles depending on your boat's weight. Double Axles TNT's double axle trailers provide better weight distribution on the trailer and tires while offering tire redundancy in case of a road hazard. One axle can be fitted with brakes, or both of them, to provide safe handling while towing your boat (your state vehicle laws apply). Optional Brake Features of TIM NOBLES Boat Trailers TNT Trailers can come with the option of a surge disc brake system on any or all axles depending on your needs. Please Note: You are responsible for adhering to your state's vehicle laws and statutes concerning brake requirements on trailers - (Florida Statute - 316.261). Kodiak Disk Brakes TNT's disc brake caliper is silver cadmium with a 2-1/4" stainless steel piston and have ceramic pads with stainless steel clips. The piston retracts further than other brands equating to a cooler running brake. The guide bolts are stainless steel and the bleeders are solid brass. Hydraulic Surge Brake Actuators TNT uses heavy duty brake actuators that work by the trailer pushing against the vehicle. This surge brake system causes the actuator to telescope and compress which applies force to the internal master cylinder, supplying hydraulic pressure to the trailer's disk brakes. Optional Aluminum Wheels for TNT Boat Trailers TNT Trailers can come with custom aluminum wheels that will set your trailer apart and compliment your vehicle.
